Short term goal is to reach blue belt...long term maybe a amateur MMA match! How has Jiu-Jitsu effected your life? Jiu-Jitsu has improved my discipline and show given me confidence to handle tough situations. I enjoy the individual nature of training and of the sport. All my life I played team sports, and now jiu-jitsu is me verses my training partner. I am into the feedback that I receive from training...hope you follow me on this. What advice would you give to someone who is interested in learning Jiu-Jitsu? Be prepare for a great workout.
